  We've recently had Chris back to fit 3 more timber sash windows in our 1895 house. He'd fitted 2 windows for us a few years back. The windows are fantastic, the workmanship is excellent, and the paint finish is great too, and he even touched up the plaches on the walls around the windows that needed it. Chris took extreme care to cover and protect our furniture and floors whilst doing the work and cleared up every bit of mess he made. It's great having a trade in and pretty much all we've had to do was put our stuff back. He's done a great job, is really straight forward to deal with throughout the whole process. Would happily recommend.

  Very pleased with the work, replacing sash windows and a small casement window, double glazing and refitting some stained glass windows and replacing a large door with an arched window frame. All were painted with a good prospect to not need re-painting for a few years. Everything is a perfect fit, the sags windows open very easily, which is not always the case. Chris and Josh cleaned up very well after the work - in fact it was probably cleaner than they found it! The FENSA certificate has arrived. I would definitely recommend Chris.

  We are beyond happy with our new double glazed wooden windows. Chris and his apprentice, Josh, have been a pleasure to work with and are the tidiest trades people we have encountered! Their attention to detail is fantastic and the windows have seamlessly blended into the period features of the house while bringing us extra warmth and less condensation. Thank you Chris Chipps.
